Our Staff
Who We Are
Tadamun Social Society (TASS) employs 450 staff. This pool of staff has increased over the years in response to the diverse and growing projects undertaken by TASS. Employing people from the Somali community has helped to support the local economy. Training offered by TASS has developed their skills and knowledge, which they can pass on to generations to come and thus help the overall prosperity of Puntland.
TASS strives to boost staff morale by holding motivation seminars and refresher training. This capacity building process is vital to improve service delivery through enhanced staff performance. Individuals are trained over a range of services and activities to give scope for career progression and to consolidate services if the need arises in future.
Attaining further qualifications and training is encouraged by TASS with rewards of supplementary income. Staff is continuously trained and informed on key issues affecting the Somali community; HIV/AIDs, conflict resolution and child protection. Other forms of training include management, leadership, advocacy and planning for emergencies.
